After a good year of struggling to loose my weight around the hips, thighs, buttocks and knees I gave up hope of ever being slimmer. I had tried the gym and many diets. Nothing worked for me and I always had to buy clothes bigger to hide my shape. My sister also had a problem with her shape so we got talking and decided to do something about this. We looked on UK websites and went to see a couple of clinics in London. When we discussed how many areas I wanted done, which was 5 areas, the cost was around £5000 . My sister and I left feeling totally depressed…how could we afford this? In fact, I’ve been wanting liposculpture for many years but it has always seemed to be an unattainable dream, due to the prices quoted by other clinics here in the UK. Then we thought about going abroad and set about finding out more info. We found the ELYZEA clinic in Brussels. After looking at the testimonials and contacting a couple of ladies who had been through the procedure, we were amazed at their comments and the results. I had to then call the clinic and make an appointment as soon as we could. We went to Harley street a few weeks later and met Dr Caroni.   What an ingenious system ELYZEA Clinic has developed. They have a number of clinics in the UK. You can have your first consultation and after-care controls in the UK. You can see your surgeon here in London for example and you see him three months later for the check-up. After the first consultation they offer the possibility of having your surgery in their Brussels Clinic where you will pay unbelievable prices!   Going back to Dr Caroni... what a lovely man. He made me feel at ease and explained the whole procedure to me. He showed me some photos and answered my questions and was very honest with the answers. We looked at my body areas and agreed what was to be done; then went through the cost. Well, I couldn't believe how much cheaper it was: half the cost of the UK. I was given a list of hotels and how to get to the clinic, what en easy journey. The Eurostar was only £60 return and the hotel was around £90.   The next thing was to get booked in. My sister and I were so excited we were going to get our new shapes and we could afford it. Plus, having some one to share the experience with was nice. We were booked in for July 2005. On the day we arrived at the clinic the taxi was five minutes from the hotel. The staff greeted us; the clinic was like a clean hotel and unlike a hospital. Dr Caroni arrived and I was prepared for the procedure, I met the anaesthetist and was soon ready.   The next thing I remember was waking up, it took 2 hours and I had an hours sleep. I was a little sore and was dressed in my tight fitting lycra suit. I had a cup of tea and was then able to get dressed and wait for my sister.   We couldn’t believe we could see a difference so soon, as we thought with the swelling it would take a couple of months. I was now a perfect size 12… We did know though that some swelling would appear after the procedure. We went back to the hotel, slept for a few hours and then prepared to go home, we were given all our painkillers and a contact number for Dr Caroni if we had any questions. That was good as we had peace of mind. The pain wasn't bad at all just a bit tender. After a few weeks we went shopping to buy some new tight fitting (not baggy!) clothes for the summer to show off our new shapes. THAT WAS FUN!   We went back to see Dr Caroni 3 months later for the check-up and looking at the before and after photos I was so terribly happy, what a tremendous difference! (See my pictures below). I would just like to say having had Liposculpture has changed my life, given me confidence and happiness. People noticed my new shape instantly and I really feel like a new person! My only regret was having waited so long. If you are not happy with yourself and you can do something about it, don’t wait. Nowadays there are extremely efficient techniques such as Liposculpture, which enable you to slim down in a spectacular way, even without having to diet.   The ELYZEA clinic is the best choice you can make and the best place to go to. Believe me, I researched a number of places. On top of the fact that the prices are very appealing, the care received before and after is fantastic, the patients are delighted with the results and the staff speak great English.
