My name is Claudia and I am 32 years old. I come from a family of large-breasted women, the smallest a 36DD and the largest a 42EE. My mother even had breast reduction surgery, how I wished I could have had that excess breast tissue! Although I am a very confident person who never hid my chest, I always had a longing for larger breasts. Before my surgery I was a size 10 with a 34A bust.

I heard about Elyzea through a friend and made up my mind to go for it. I spoke to Beryl (one of the lovely secretaries) at length and decided to have my consultation the day before my surgery in Brussels. My husband and I travelled on the Eurostar which took just 2 hours to reach our destination. We spent a day seeing the delights of Brussels and then it was time for my consultation. I could hardly contain my excitement!

On entering the clinic, I was very impressed by the warm atmosphere and friendliness of the staff. I also met several people who had returned for further surgery – the best testimonial really. I discussed my options with the surgeon and we decided that a full C cup with anatomical implant would be just right. He answered all my questions and explained the procedure thoroughly. Then it was a 5 minute walk back to the hotel and I tried to get some sleep!

The next day my surgery went like a dream. I was lying on the bed in theatre at 4pm, then I woke up at 4.50pm feeling pretty good. I was able to dress shortly after and left in a taxi at around 5.30pm. Although I was a bit uncomfortable that night, I slept well and raced down to breakfast the next morning. My husband and I got a 2pm Eurostar back to London, then a 20 minute Tube ride before making the 350km drive to South-West England. All this, less than 24 hours after surgery.

After that, my recovery was rapid. I expected to be prostate for at least a week, but by day 4 I was desperate to get out. Once my dressings came off and I was able to have a proper shower, I was a new woman. I couldn’t believe these mounds were mine and kept looking at them.

Now five months on, it’s like they’ve always been there. I’m absolutely delighted with the results. I’ve told everybody that I had them done and people are amazed as they look so natural. I’m amazed that so many people want surgery but are waiting for good word-of-mouth recommendation which I have no hesitation in giving. All in all, my experience was easier than a trip to the dentist!

I would like to say that the concept and structure that ELYZEA has established is fantastic for us British patients. Consultation and aftercare here in the UK, travelling one day for the op to Brussels (2 hours by train), and paying less than 50% of the price.

But you know, the price isn’t everything. It’s true that ELYZEA offers great prices, which enables many of us to go ahead with the desired procedure, that otherwise many would find hard to afford. But what also characterises the clinic is the friendliness of staff, the quality of care before, during and after the procedure; and the presence of highly skilled surgeons.
