After 4 years of considering plastic surgery I took the decision to have the operation 2005, before I felt to old to benefit.
I did a lot of research and opted of Elyzea Clinic. Compared with the others, this clinic seemed to have a great reputation and prices to match. The first consultancy was in June 2005 and went very well. I had a classic face lift with a chin implant to remove the genetic chin/neck sagging. At the same time I had liposuction to my upper and middle abdomen to remove the excess baby fat I'd put up with for 29 years.
With my husband's support we travelled to Brussels in July 2005 to have the surgery. The staff at the clinic were fantastic. There was a warm friendly atmosphere from the minute you walked in the door.
 
I was informed of all the precedes. After waking up I felt very sore, which I expected. The next day I returned to the clinic to have a check-up and the pressure bandages removed. I still felt drowsy but there was a significant difference in the chin/neck area and I had a flat stomach again. We spent another day in Brussels and travelled home two days after the surgery.
I returned to see the surgeon two weeks after my surgery to have the stitches removed. The pain had subsided by the fourth day after surgery and I have not taken anything since.
I feel so much more confident about who I am and what I can still achieve. At 58 in Feb 2006 that is only a number now not my age.
