I had liposuction 2 years ago at the ELYZEA clinic in Brussels. I went back 2 months ago with my little sister because she wanted to get rid of her tummy.
On this last visit, the director asked me if I’d like to write a few lines about the procedure I’d had.
I agreed willingly because I was extremely happy with the results.(my photo’s were already on the clinic’s website)
At the time, the surgeon at ELYZEA CLINIC(Dr Levy) had removed fat deposits from 5 areas of my body: outer thighs of course, buttocks, hips, inner thighs and inner knees. I had chosen these 5 spots to be sure that my body would be well proportioned!
The surgeon removed 4 litres of fat.The procedure lasted two hours and was totally painless. The Surgeon was extremely reassuring and competent and the staff of ELYZEA were adorable from the beginning to the end. I had to wear the garment for four weeks, two weeks day and night and then two more weeks during the day only.
At the start I had a few muscular cramps. The first day I could hardly walk! But the staff at ELYZEA had warned me that I would have some discomfort for the first two days. My swelling disappeared after one month but after 2 days I returned to work.
Before the procedure, they took some photographs that I later asked the surgeon to send to me.I hadn’t realised how good the results were!! I had completely forgotten how I looked beforehand. My new silhouette was quite simply magnificent.
The bulges on my outer thighs had totally disappeared, my buttocks were much smaller, and my hips and knees were considerably slimmer. In 2 hours I had gone from a size 14 to a size 10!
And you can be sure that the results you get are permanent. Since the procedure (that’s to say about 2 years ago), I haven’t put any of the fat back on, nor a single centimetre on my thighs!!
The surgeon explained that when we follow a diet, the fat cells decrease in volume but remain. On the other hand, after having liposuction, my fat cells were removed and have gone forever. This is why the fat that he took away will never return. How delighted I was to hear this !!
It’s thanks to a friend that I had the address of the ELYZEA clinic. As I live in Glasgow, I had the consultation and surgery during the same trip to Brussels.
Why hadn’t I had it done before? Because of the price of course.
In Brussels, I paid for 5 areas as much as I would have paid here for just 1!
In fact , the day that I decided to have liposuction, I tried to find a clinic. I was amazed to see the different prices between the English clinics and ELYZEA. If you have your procedure in their Brussels clinic, the prices were practically the 1/3 of the English price! Moreover, my friends who have been to ELYZEA have all said that their surgeons were highly qualified and that the clinic had a enormous amount of experience in Liposuction and that everybody spoke English fluently. In any case I found that their concept was very attractive and practical. ELYZEA has 3 clinics : London, Manchester and Brussels. People have their first consultation with their surgeon in one of the 2 Clinics in the U.K. And if they go to the Brussels Clinic (for 1 day) they get the prices offered at the Brussels Clinic. This means a discount of 50-70% compared with the price they would have paid here in the U.K. According to my calculation this you can certainly save in this way £2-2500 for this procedure.
I came straight from Glasgow since they don’t have a Clinic down there for consultations. I had my procedure on a Monday and I was already home the next day, Tuesday!
If you have the same problem I had, don’t waste your time trying to lose weight like I did for such a long time. Even when I’d lost 2 stone (which for me was a major feat!), I had lost a lot of weight in the face and my breasts had gone all floppy.
And as for the fat on my thighs, it was still there. I measured my thighs every morning and they didn’t change a bit!
No, the only solution in cases like this is liposuction, and I do believe that the ELYZEA clinic has the best quality-price ratio in its field.
They are top-notch!

In the UK with the same budget I could only have done 1 area, for example my outer thighs. At ELYZEA, I could for the same price have done 5 areas of my body. That’s how I got such fantastic results that everyone can see!
