The closest tube stop is Baker Street.
  
Come out of Baker Str. tube and walk over the main Marylebone Road down Baker Str., take third left into Dorset Str.
  
Manchester Str. is a continuation of Dorset Str. You will see a large commercial building on the left called Hannah House (do not go by numbers).  Take the first entrance where you'll see a green blue and white sign that says the Wimpole Clinic. The next entrance has some large banners that are for the West London College-- all in the same building, i.e., Hannah House.
