Important: Your motivation !

Before we proceed with the surgery, we must ensure that you are in excellent health, that you have tried unsuccessfully over a long period of time to lose weight on conventional diets and that you have a high enough BMI (Body Mass Index).

Most importantly, we must see proof of strong motivation ! You must really have decided to change things and be ready to adopt new eating habits and a different way of life. In short, you will give total cooperation.
If we see that you are relying only on the operation to lose weight and that your motivation is lacking, we will advise you to seek other options than the Lap-Band or wait for a more appropriate time to have the operation. We have strict selection criteria for this operation to which we will adhere. .
